How long has it been? I haven’t written regularly for almost a year now. During this hiatus I badly missed writing on DailyApps, and life was just not fun without it. Apologies for the Lack of Posting Of Late
Before I say anything else, I’d like to apologize for the lack of posts for the past couple of months on a regular basis.. Simply put you’d not want to be in a situation I am in right now.. Screwed up college life, and personal life to a smaller extent, has made things a lot difficult for me.. Quick Note : Server Move

Planning to Upgrade to WordPress 2.3? Read This!
Well After a lot of thought, I have finally upgraded dailyApps over to WordPress 2.3. While the process was not as easy as it normally is, but it wasn’t as scary as what I read from others experiences. I Had some requirements for dailyApps before upgrading, and everything but one, that is colored tag clouds remained was satisfied. I spent about 5hrs coding up a quick and dirty plugin to display colored tag clouds, borrowing heavily from UTW and my minimal PHP coding skills. After doing that, the result was... Read The Rest →
