Miro, the free open source Video player, just got through a major milestone. The Miro team launched an all new version 1.0 that brings a host of new features that make Miro the best Video Player out there.
I just couldn’t prevent myself from trying it out, so I downloaded it, and trust me, it completely blew me off. I was using Joost till now to watch quality Video content online, but now Miro is going to replace Joost, Believe me, its that good.

Joost has just announced integration with Meebo to provide inline Chat into the Joost software that is installed on millions of PC’s worldwide. If you are a Meebo user, then you can chat within Joost to your buddies on Yahoo, AIM, Gtalk etc.. which means no more shuffling between your favorite messenger software and Joost, the best thing to happen to Online TV..
