Thanks for posting this great guide, been wondering how I could do this for ages…
I just finished ripping a bought DVD of The Good The Bad And The Ugly.
To get all 2 hours and 51 minutes of it into a 699 MB avi is just amazing – Thanks again

seriously, i tried these methods to the letter and altho it does a pretty good job the free version of fairuse does alot better alot easier

my dvd was 1:29:44 and the total output for the file is 704mb! Wow! Bt it takes too long to convert. Btw thank you a lot for this info.

I’ll gear this review to 2 types of people: current Zune owners who are considering an upgrade, and people trying to decide between a Zune and an iPod. (There are other players worth considering out there, like the Sony Walkman X, but I hope this gives you enough info to make an informed decision of the Zune vs players other than the iPod line as well.)
