Firetune actually slowed FF3 with all that I have already done to speed up firefox this app no longer applies.

Thank You! I have tried using firetune, I have not noticed any amazing speed change yet but i guess with time.

or, you can unzip the insaller file for faster fox and change one of the files it you change the maximum compatibility number

You can make Fasterfox, as well as most other add-ons that are incompatible with Firefox 3 work by downloading the add-on “Nightly Tester Tools,” installing, then going to the add-on section and click “Override all compatibility.”
