		<description>No, that is simply wrong. A properly installed Vista system does not run anyone as a root user (with UAC enabled). Instead, have two users and run one of them as a standard user. Both with UAC enabled. This way, the standard user has to enter a password. It wouldn&#039;t hurt to have a look at the permissions on external drives while you are at it.</description>

Turning off UAC makes no difference. The type of people who click OK to any prompt they see, or those who are confused by all the UAC prompts are still going to get viruses, etc on Vista.
