You might have just reinstalled your operating system. You now need drivers for your devices to work, but you’ve either lost the drivers CD or you’re looking for them on the internet. How time consuming!
How about reinstalling all these drivers in the newly formatted system/another similar PC at the expense of a single click? Yes, that is possible, if you’ve got a backup of your drivers.
You need not necessarily go and search for drivers for every single component of your PC hardware. Just click, and restore the drivers of all hardware immediately.

Download DriverMax from here, install it and then click the ‘Export Drivers’ option. The program will now detect the hardware installed on your computer and ask you which drivers need to be backed up. Select the required ones and click ‘Next’. Specify a folder to save the backup of the drivers.
During the driver installation in the other computer where you need those drivers, choose the option ‘Search in a specific location’ in the hardware installation wizard and point to the folder where you have the backup of the drivers (that was created by DriverMax). Windows will now locate the drivers that are present in the backup folder and install them all accordingly.
It’s a great program, a must have for family tech support guys!

I tried this app. It detects ALL drivers on your system. So if you need those 10 drivers you need to install on windows you get to see 140 ! drivers installed on your system.

I have to disagree with this. I read it somewhere and tried it. Does not work the way it says. First of all there are no direct links to the updated driver. Moreover the driver max website does not have the driver link feature enabled.
I prefer using Norton Ghost to maintain a complete image of a proper workiong system time to time on another external hdd, In case of a crash I can recover the entier image easily. Along with the data, drivers and windows updates

I’ve used this APP before and it works pretty good. I do prefer DriverDetective, though as it gives me a direct link to download drivers. (wish it were free)
