Manage Multiple Web IDs with CookieSwap Extension

I have three Google Accounts. I use one to access Orkut and the other two for Gmail and Google Reader respectively. What if I want to read as well as do some social networking? Logging out and back in would do the job, but it would consume too much of my precious time. Managing all these accounts was a mind-numbing job for me.

I was then introduces to a life saving Firefox add-on called CookieSwap. It effortlessly lets you switch between cookies on the fly! For instance, I’m reading my emails on one account, I can just use CookieSwap to switch over to different cookie and reload the page to read emails from a different account.

CookieSwap

The add-on works painless, but the configuring part hasn’t been fine tuned by the developer of this extension. Don’t fret; you’ll only need to configure it once. All the instructions have been put up here.
