The Hottest Online Video Startup in town just got a little more hotter. Lets say its burning hot right now. Joost has just announced integration with Meebo to provide inline Chat into the Joost software that is installed on millions of PC’s worldwide.  If you are a Meebo user, then you can chat within Joost to your buddies on Yahoo, AIM, Gtalk etc.. which means no more shuffling between your favorite messenger software and Joost, the best thing to happen to Online TV..

For the time being the Meebo integration is via Joost Widgets, but over time you can expect it to become more direct and better. Here is a screenshot of the inline Chat in Joost in action :

Its nice to Joost innovating and adding new features. With over 15000 shows and 250 channels Joost is getting ready for the primetime. On a related note, the Joost client has become more stable and faster recently which is good news for a lot of us.
