OEM copies of WHS are up for sale on several large web vendors sites in Canada and the US.  $180 later, you too can upload a copy to torrent land.

As for what MS should do, they should cut the price of the OEM to $99 and issue a retail boxed edition for $150.  This way, there is even less justification to pirate it.</description>
